Braakman, psychiatrist, ethnologist, and President of the World Association of Cultural Psychiatry, wrote to Dr. Kevin Smith, President & CEO of UHN, stressing that the decision to close AIM has caused serious disruptions to care, education, and community connections, and urging UHN to reconsider and restore the program.
